Katy Goldsberry’s yoga class is restorative, focusing on mobility and fluidity. Most of the work is done lying or sitting, using gravity to assist in opening the tight, restricted areas. Props will be available to support bodies that have injuries or tight restrictions, so that you’ll feel comfortable in any pose.
Bio: Katy Goldsberry began her study of the body 20 years ago in massage school. In 2010 she started practicing yoga, studying Kaiut yoga and took many workshops and teacher trainings with Francisco Kaiut. Then in 2017 she began training with Luciana Ross of Brasil and has been teaching ever since, offering five classes every week in Paonia.
